New Jersey resident Joe Jedlowski is heavily interested and involved in the senior living, health care arena. Having devoted his collegiate education to studying all aspects of the industry, Joe Jedlowski has conducted the majority of his career in health care management positions. With years of experience, Joe Jedlowski has earned a reputation for accomplishment in his field.  Completing the University’s undergraduate business administration program, Joe Jedlowski earned a Bachelor’s degree before continuing to graduate school. In pursuing his Master’s degree, Joe Jedlowski concentrated specifically on health care, graduating with a Master of Health Administration. Initially entering the executive workforce as Regional Customer Relations Director for a company in the health care sector, Joe Jedlowski led several successful initiatives during his four-year tenure. Responsible for census tracking and reporting, Joe Jedlowski worked in conjunction with senior management to lead routine reviews of operations and financials, assessing progress made in relation to revenue expectations. Joe Jedlowski contributed to the punctual establishment of three new nursing centers, improved efficacy and efficiency of employee training programs, and reduced the turnaround time of customer service efforts. After fulfilling his role with the health care company, Joe Jedlowski transitioned to long-term care administration, accepting a position with a senior group home as Senior Vice President of Operations. Generating business and financial plans, Joe Jedlowski maintained communication with physicians, hospitals, and all referral sources to ensure proper implementation of his programs. Joe Jedlowski reviewed nursing reports, directed the customer acceptance process, and planned budgets for all buildings within his division. He also pioneered a self-discovery program, conducting patient focus groups, internal interviews, and external assessments to identify areas in need of improvement. A past participator in many rotary clubs and chambers of commerce, Joe Jedlowski now belongs to The American Geriatrics Society and the American College of Healthcare Executives. Charities Joe Jedlowski supports include the Alzheimer’s Association and the American Cancer Society, Inc.
